Very interesting topic!!
At what point would you class your workout as high intensity?? Wattage? HBPM?
I hear that some of the endurance athletes following the Ketogenic way of living get the best results by not skipping in and out of Ketosis or cycling their carb intakes… Their gains come after months of being in strict Ketosis, what are your thoughts??

Jasper i have been doing this form very young started around 14.. The only problem with fasting is bone density… I found that drinking caffeine is the worst thing for cyclist Specifically!!! Caffeine blocks calcium so if your fasting and drinking coffee its very bad…. Trust me i found out the hard way… I could break bricks with my knuckles when i stopped playing other sports and focused on cycling as my main sport i wasn't doing any high impact sports .. So i was fasting and cycling not eating right and only drinking coffee.. I got pissed off one day and punched a door not even hard and my pinky knuckle on my left hand broke.. I couldn't believe it so i wanted to know what kills bone density… COFFEE!!! if you are fasting dont drink anything with caffeine… Eat Greek yogurt sardines broccoli spinach list goes on.

Hi Jasper i have been fasting from when i was a kid,, i worked in construction food made me lazy just totally shut me down so i would wait and eat when i got home.. All my training is fasted.. The body works better if it has one job to do..

Question: Lets say Im fasting, how to fuel myself during long ass endurance zone 2 rides like 10+ hours. Is this even possible without carbs?
